This week’s data drop is 230.
In the first quarter of 2017, Face It TOGETHER affiliates had an average of 230 in person visits with clients.
Face It TOGETHER (FIT) peer coaches provide high quality practical, social and emotional support to empower people to successfully manage their disease. Interactions with our clients, through our peer recovery coaches, can occur in person, over the phone, or via technology (email, text messaging, video, smart phone app).
Someone meets the definition of a client if they are enrolled in a FIT affiliate peer coaching program (person with disease or loved one) and are being coached by a FIT-trained peer recovery coach (person with disease or loved one) using the FIT peer coaching model that they were trained on.
On average, in 2017 Q1, FIT affiliates had 1,160 client interactions per month as compared to 668 in 2016 (Figure 1). In that same time frame, FIT affiliates had:
- 230 in person visits with clients per month, compared to 151 in 2016;
- 31 emails with clients per month, compared to 24 in 2016;
- 546 SMS (text messages) with clients per month, compared to 236 in 2016; and
- 155 scheduled calls (coaching & check-ins) with clients per month, compared to 151 in 2016.

Face It TOGETHER assesses client progress and uses this information to measure baseline and track intervention effectiveness, allowing the peer recovery coaches to monitor client progress and tailor their support. The frequency and type of interactions between our coaches and clients is just one of the many output-type measures that we are using in multidimensional evaluation of our programming.
