Steve brings 35 years of sales, marketing and strategic planning expertise to Face It TOGETHER with a range of experience from start-up to Fortune 100 firms. As Chief Revenue Officer, he's focused on building relationships with key customers nationwide, including health insurers, employers, prospective affiliates and others to support and advance our mission.
As CRO, Steve is accountable for driving better integration and alignment between all revenue-related functions, including marketing, sales, customer support, pricing, and revenue management. He has extensive expertise in business and strategy development, marketing, distribution management, and inspiring business leadership on regional, national and international levels. Steve’s key talents include visioning and concept development, presentation skills, and is expert in organizational change management. He has been an author and speaker on topic related to sustainability and construction teaming.
Over the past three decades, Steve has served organizations such as Haworth, Tyco/ADT, Spirit Cruises, and Simplex Time Recorder Co in roles ranging from business development, field general management, and corporate marketing and strategic planning. He has led North American marketing and communications efforts aimed at supporting employee and dealer partners alike.
Steve obtained his BA in Economics from Drew University and MBA in Finance from Iona College. He studied at the University of Brussels, Belgium and authored a thesis on international trade and the European Union. Originally a native New Yorker, Steve relocated to Sioux Falls in 2012 and loves the kinder more gentle part of the USA.
