Erik joined Face It TOGETHER as a peer coach in 2021. His new role includes a little bit of everything, which is representative of his time at Face It TOGETHER overall. As Director of Colorado Strategy, he oversees technology, Colorado Springs operations and community outreach. He provides in-person coaching in Cripple Creek, CO and serves as the point of contact for the FIT @ Work program. He also provides support for Face It TOGETHER’s social media, video production and annual events.
Erik has extensive experience in leadership and project management positions. He loves working with people, problem solving and improving processes. Erik also has a passion for creativity. He’s a semi-professional photographer and aspiring videographer, and he helps his wife run her freelance graphic design/photographer business. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a marketing focus.
Erik is based in Florissant, CO with his wife and their three kids. He loves spending his free time outside hiking, ATVing and taking pictures.
