Board approves CEO succession plan

Face It TOGETHER's co-founder and longtime CEO, Kevin Kirby, has announced plans to retire at the end of the year. The FIT Board of Directors has approved a succession plan. Wendy White, a member of the FIT senior leadership team, will serve as new CEO as of
January 1, 2020.
Wendy brings brings more than two decades of healthcare and technology experience to her new leadership role. She joined Face It TOGETHER in October 2018 to help manage key customer relationships with employers, granting agencies, foundations and others. Prior to that, Wendy was Senior Executive Director of Clinical Applications at Sanford Health, where she led a team of 150 people in areas including technology innovation, health information exchange and clinical applications.
