Congratulations, Terri!

We can't imagine where we'd be at Face It TOGETHER without the heart and unwavering commitment of Terri. She's been using her powerful story and extensive knowledge to help others for 15 years!

In addition to coaching nearly 500 members – and the indescribable ripple effects that have happened throughout families and communities – she's trained many other peer coaches and served as an inspiration for all of us on the team.

"All I want people to know is they can have a happy life," said Terri, on the day we celebrated her 15th anniversary as a peer coach. Terri has been with Face It TOGETHER since its start in 2009.

To celebrate this amazing milestone, we surprised Terri with this video while the team was together in Sioux Falls. We also gave her custom Face It TOGETHER Converse, letters from people she's helped and plenty of celebratory donuts! We had a wonderful morning showing Terri a small part of the impact she's made these 15 years.
